Assessing Attitudes and Practice

for Obesity Care

We invite you to join us online on October 20, 2021 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM ET. During our discussion, we will review our recently completed obesity learning needs assessment for primary care physicians.

Our Why: Many educational programs have been developed for primary care clinicians yet clinicians continue seeking resources that improve their efficacy in supporting patient health and weight management. To better understand the needs and perceptions of primary care physicians, we surveyed primary care physicians to understand their attitudes, perceived gaps, and knowledge application in obesity management. We now need your help interpreting these findings and comparing them to previous studies researching practice behaviors. We also want to hear how you’d share this very important story.

Make an Impact: We invite you to join a limited multispecialty group of your colleagues for a working session on October 20, 2021 from 8 -10 pm ET to interpret these data and recommend educational and/or practice change targets for primary care clinicians. An honorarium of $500 will be provided for your participation.
